The Empowered Teacher, the 6-month mentorship with 2-month intensive trainings, is a one-to-one programme meant to help language teachers enhance their teaching skills, create more engaging sessions and materials, and adapt more easily to any student's level of language and learning needs.

It includes lesson observation with detailed feedback, detailed lesson plans created together with or by the teacher, practical tips & tricks for behavioural management, practical aspects for classroom activities and course creation and many more

The Mentorship Programme is application based only. Once we receive your application, we will get in touch to book your Clarity & Strategy Session. If both you and I consider we are a good fit for each other, you are going to be made an offer to join the mentorship during the call. Please note, there is a non-refundable application fee of £7 when you submit your application. This has been done so that only the teachers who are truly ready to commit apply.
