Mentoring Terms of Service
These terms apply to all mentoring tiers :
Sessions are delivered in 2-hour blocks. If you arrive late or need to leave early, the full session is still counted and billed.
No refunds are provided once a billing cycle has started. If you wish to cancel, please notify us before your next billing date to avoid charges.
Scheduling is flexible. You’ll receive a booking link with pre-approved times based on your availability. You're welcome to complete sessions at your own pace, billing continues monthly until your package is complete or cancelled.
Support is available via SMS during business hours (Monday–Friday). If we're unable to respond immediately, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Package inclusions such as content reviews, templates, and feedback depend on your selected mentoring tier.
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Mentoring is strategy-focused. Implementation and follow-through are your responsibility. We're here to guide, support, and hold you accountable.
We do not post or manage your content. If you need done-for-you services, please let us know and we’ll explore the right options.
