The information you provide on this form will be reviewed by the Advance Clark Scholarship Committee to determine scholarship recipients. To ensure your application is considered, please make sure to select the specific scholarship you are applying for and submit all necessary information and supporting documentation.
Please make sure to have the following items ready before beginning your application:
A copy of the applicant's birth certificate.
A report card or a letter of recommendation.
A current receipt for registration fees or passport purchase (must be dated within the last 30 days). This can be submitted after winning the scholarship.
A creative video featuring the child and/or family, expressing their desire to win the scholarship and how it will benefit them.

1) EC3 (Empowering Champions through Character and Competition) Scholarship Goal:
To encourage athletic participation at an early age while promoting the development of strong character, discipline, and a love for competition, empowering young athletes to become champions both on and off the field.
EC3 Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply for the EC3 Scholarship if you meet all of the following criteria:
You are a student athlete.
You are participating in one or more of the following sports: Track and Field, Football, Wrestling, Swimming, or Soccer.
You are in Preschool through First Grade (ages 3-6).
You are performing well academically.
Important:
This is a reimbursement scholarship valued at up to $250. Scholarship funds can only be used towards registration fees, equipment, or sport-specific shoes (such as cleats, spikes, etc.).
2) Wanikka Vance-Clark Empowerment Scholarship Goal:
To promote legacy building through travel, encouraging families to create lasting memories and experiences that will inspire future generations.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are eligible to apply for the Wanikka Vance Empowerment Scholarship if you meet all of the following criteria:
This is your very first passport (child) or a renewal.
You are in Preschool through First Grade (ages 3-6).
You are performing well academically.
You are committed to building memories and legacies through travel.
Important:
This is a reimbursement scholarship valued at up to $300. Scholarship funds can only be used towards passport application fees (for 1 child & 1 adult or 2 children) and passport photos.
3) Princess Enjoli Scholarship Goal:
To promote confidence in young girls by supporting their involvement in activities that foster self-expression, creativity, and self-esteem.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are eligible to apply for the Princess Enjoli Scholarship if you meet all of the following criteria:
You are a little girl (must be born as a female).
You are in Preschool through First Grade (ages 3-6).
You are performing well academically.
You participate in one or more of the following: Dance, Ballet, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Modeling, Theater, or play an instrument.
Important:
This is a reimbursement scholarship valued at up to $200. Scholarship funds can only be used towards registration fees, uniforms/costumes, or required shoes.
4) AAU Junior Olympics Track & Field Travel Scholarship Goal:
To support young athletes who have demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication by helping them participate in the AAU Junior Olympics, encouraging both academic success and athletic achievement.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are eligible to apply for the AAU Junior Olympics Track & Field Travel Scholarship if you meet all of the following criteria:
You have qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics during the current summer.
You will be attending and competing at this year’s Junior Olympics.
You are currently competing in the 8 and under age group.
You ended the school year in good academic standing.
Important:
This scholarship is valued at up to $500. Scholarship funds can only be used towards AAU Track and Field Junior Olympics Championship travel expenses, which may include: registration fees, gas, flights, hotels, food, etc.
5) Zina Rivers Legacy Scholarship Goal:
To honor the memory of Zina Rivers, a talented multi-sport athlete, by providing young athletes with the opportunity to participate in the Illinois Flames summer track club, encouraging a love for sports and personal growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are eligible to apply for the Zina Rivers Legacy Scholarship if you meet all of the following criteria:
You are between the ages of 5-18.
You are male or female.
You are passionate about track and field and wish to join the Illinois Flames summer track club.
You are a multi-sport athlete (participating in more than one sport).
You demonstrate good sportsmanship and a positive attitude in your sports.
You are committed to maintaining academic success while pursuing athletics.
You actively participate in your community or school activities.
Important:
This scholarship is valued at up to $370 and will cover the registration costs for the Illinois Flames summer track club.
6) Success Scholar Graduation Incentive Scholarship Goal:
To celebrate and reward former Foundations 4 AdVANCEment alumni who have successfully graduated from high school, recognizing their hard work and academic achievements.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are eligible to apply for the Success Scholar Graduation Incentive if you meet all of the following criteria:
You are a Foundations 4 AdVANCEment alumni.
You are a senior in high school.
You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
You left the Foundations 4 AdVANCEment program in good financial standing.
Important:
This incentive is valued at up to $1300.
