TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your book must be/have been published in the 18 months directly prior to 15th March 2026.

You must have a hardcopy version of your book. ePub, eBook and Kindle only is not accepted.

You must be a current financial member of your home speaker association.

This is a first come, first served offer: all components need to be supplied in the application form. The Author Showcase Team will not follow up. A fully completed form will trigger an invoice with payment due within 14 days. This secures your Author Showcase spot in the GSS program.

A failure to show, is a forfeiture of full payment. All elements of the Author Showcase Package that do not require your physical presence will be fulfilled; i.e. if you are not there for the Exclusive Main Stage Spotlight – 5-Minute Author Interview and 3 photo shoot then you forfeit these components. All other asynchronous elements will be fulfilled.

You will be responsible for staffing, operating, maintaining and the security of your Dedicated Trade Table & Display Space in the Sponsors Area. Professional Speakers Australia Limited and the Global Speakers Federation will not be held responsible for anything beyond providing the space for you.

Up until 45 days prior to event commencement: If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend, you can request a refund, minus a 25% administration fee.

Your allocated showcase time slot - stage time - will be conducted via a random draw.

No exclusivity applies: we will not be limiting authors by topic.

As this is hosted by PSA, you are attending a PSA event, therefore we consider you to be part of the PSA community... welcome to our community. This includes the responsibility to act in accordance with our Values in Action Policy here and our PSA Code of Conduct here.
