Wanikka Vance-Clark Empowerment Scholarship Application

Goal: The Wanikka Vance-Clark Empowerment Scholarship promotes legacy-building through travel by encouraging families to create lasting memories and experiences. This scholarship provides financial assistance to help cover the costs of obtaining passports for young children and their families, fostering a spirit of exploration and inspiring future generations.

Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for the Wanikka Vance-Clark Empowerment Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

This is your very first passport (for a child) or a passport renewal.
You are in Preschool through First Grade (ages 3-6).
You are performing well academically.
You are committed to building memories and legacies through travel.

Scholarship Award: This is a reimbursement scholarship valued at up to $300. Scholarship funds can only be used toward passport application fees (for 1 child & 1 adult or 2 children) and passport photos.
